Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window:
You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items returned must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and select health/personal care products

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may apply to items that:

  • Show signs of use (e.g., books, media items opened)
  • Are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process:
Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund hasn’t arrived, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If issues persist, contact us by email.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us by email to initiate an exchange.

Gifts:
For gift returns, a gift credit will be issued if the item was marked as a gift during purchase. Otherwise, refunds will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:
Return items to {physical address} at your own cost, which is non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for expensive returns.
